For the casual celebrations, Alia opted for a bright pink designer sweater. The birthday girl changed into something a little more formal and opted for a black ensemble for her dinner party at a plush restaurant.
On Wednesday, wishes came pouring in for the birthday girl. Everyone from mother-in-law Neetu Kapoor to her B-town friends like Kareena Kapoor Khan, Priyanka Chopra, Anushka Sharma, Katrina Kaif and many others took to social media to send out their notes of love.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Alia will be seen in Karan Johar‘s upcoming romantic film ‘Rocky aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani’ opposite Ranveer Singh, Dharmendra, Jaya Bachchan, and Shabana Azmi. The film is all set to hit the theatres on July 28.
She is also gearing up for the release of her Hollywood debut film ‘Heart Of Stone’ which will see her share screen space with Gal Gadot and Jamie Dornan.
She also has director Farhan Akhtar’s next film ‘Jee Le Zara’ opposite Katrina Kaif and Priyanka Chopra.
