Sonu Sood opens up on the incessant trolling and the boycott trend, shares it is unfair to reject a movie without even seeing it | Hindi Movie News

Sonu Sood, known for his humanitarian work as much as for his movies, recently opened up on the boycott trend and said that people in general have become extremely sensitive these days.

In an interview with ANI, the actor said in Hindi, “Mujhe lagta hai ki log zyada sensitive ho gaye hain ya ban rahe hain toh voh ek chakkar hai. Jo boycott karte hain films ko… I don’t know ki kitna wise hai ya kitna genuine hai ya aap kitna usko mean karte hain. Bina dekhe film ko agar aap bolte hain ki isko boycott kiya jaye, this is also not fair ” (People have become extra sensitive these days and some of them are putting up an act – it is not fair if you are boycotting a movie without even seeing it)

The actor even said that it is perfectly fine to reject a movie and say that it is not good, but one should at least give a chance to the same and not blindly follow any trend.

The actor also shared that as filmmakers, it does not hurt to be a little more responsible to keep people’s sensibilities in mind, as these are volatile times we are living in.

Sonu Sood has starred in movies like Simmba, Dabangg, Aashiq Banaya Aapne and Jodhaa Akbar amongst others.
